- What does PDF, Inc. do?
- That is our most asked question. PDF, Inc. is a specialty design, fabrication and OEM manufacturing facility. In short, whatever you are in need of, we can provide, from a small part to a large facility.
- What hours are you open?
- Our office hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Monday thru Friday. The fabrication shop is open from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday and 6:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The Manufacturing Departments are in operation on a swing shift 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Coming from the North - Go South on Hwy 59 to Hendrix St. Turn East to Murphy Ave. Turn North to the first or second drive on the right.
Coming from the South - Go North on Hwy 59 to Hendrix St. (.6 miles north of U.S. Hwy 40) Turn East to Murphy Ave. Turn North to the first or second drive on the right.
Coming from the West - Go East on U.S. Hwy 40 or Interstate 70. Turn North on Hwy 59 to Hendrix St. (.6 miles north of U.S. Hwy 40) Turn East to Murphy Ave. Turn North to the first or second drive on the right.
Coming from the East - Go West on Interstate 70. Turn North on Hwy 59 to Hendrix St. (.6 miles north of U.S. Hwy 40) Turn East to Murphy Ave. Turn North to the first or second drive on the right.
Coming from the East - Go West on U.S. Hwy 40. Turn North Murphy Rd. Past the 3 way stop to the first or second drive on the right.
- Does PDF, Inc. deliver the finished product to their customers?
- Yes, we can deliver your product right to your facility.
- Are your welders certified?
- Yes, we have CWB and AWS Certified welders.
- Will PDF, Inc. install the equipment that they build or manufacture?
- Yes, we will install all of the equipment if the customer would like us to provide that service.
- Will PDF, Inc. travel to customer sites for sales or service?
- Yes, we will travel throughout the Continental U.S. and Canada.
- Does PDF, Inc. provide equipment training to their customers?
- Yes, we do send a technician to your location to train your employees on the safe operation of any equipment we manufacture for our customers.
- Does PDF, Inc. offer a warranty on the finished product to their customers?
- Yes, we provide a 1 year workmanship warranty on the product and the vendor equipment (purchased parts) are covered by their own warranty.
- Does PDF, Inc. ship the equipment that they build or that their customer requests?
- Yes, we can and have on may occasions shipped materials and equipment all over the world.
- Does PDF, Inc. carry insurance?
- PDF, Inc. will provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Does PDF, Inc. provide Engineering Services for their customers?
- Yes, we have the latest versions of CAD software, 2D and 3D.
