Parts Manufacturing

Process Development & Fabrication Inc. manufactures parts per customer supplied drawings. Parts are manufactured using the newest technology available in today's ever changing market. PDF Inc. specializes in laser cutting, CNC forming, welding, robotic welding and CNC machining parts to print for our customers. We have the capability of running rapid prototypes to large production quantities and contract manufacturing. In response to industry demands we have been able to streamline our operations creating shorter lead times for our customers.

Manufacturing Area

Our manufacturing area has over 31,150 square feet and features specialty equipment:

  • A Mazak Space Gear 2000 watt, 6 axis laser with 4' x 8' x 12' cutting area
  • Two (2) Mazak STX-210 Mark II, 4000 watt, 3 axis laser with a 5' x 10' cutting area
  • A 60 ton Cincinnati CNC Press Brake with a 3 axis back gauge, US and European tooling capabilities
  • A 90 ton Cincinnati CNC Press Brake with a 3 axis back gauge, US and European tooling capabilities
  • A 135 ton Cincinnati CNC Press Brake with a 3 axis back gauge, US and European tooling capabilities
  • An OTC, 6 axis robot cell welder with 2 station welding (head & tail stock)
  • A 240 ton LVD Press with a 12' bed
  • A Cincinnati Shear ¼" x 12' capacity
  • A Banner spot welder
  • A Wiedematic W-4560 punch press
  • An OTC, 6 axis robot cell welder with 4 station welding (head & tail stock)

CNC Plasma / Oxy-Fuel Cutting

PDF, Inc. is capable of CNC Plasma Cutting / Oxy-Fuel Cutting 6' x 12' Table for cuts up to 4" thick

CNC Forming

PDF, Inc. is capable of forming metals and plastics using CNC technology.
